Heart To Heart (H2H) Disciplee Registration Form
San Francisco Bible Church
Heart to Heart (H2H): Women’s Discipleship Ministry
Thank you for your interest in discipleship! The purpose of H2H is to provide an opportunity for a spiritually younger believer who desires to be in a nurturing and accountable relationship with a spiritually older believer for the purpose of her spiritual growth in either a general or specific area of interest of discipleship. As an extension of the mission of the Women’s Ministry, we hope H2H will provide another opportunity for women of SFBC to grow in spiritual maturity.
Our desire for all the sisters that participate in H2H is found in our theme verse, Colossians 1:10: “so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.”
The H2H Planning Team is here to help sisters get connected in discipleship relationships. As a disciplee you must be:
1. A member or regular attendee of San Francisco Bible Church
2. Available to meet with a discipler weekly or biweekly for a mutually agreed upon amount of time, (a minimum time of 3 months is recommended)
3. Willing to grow spiritually with the guidance of a discipler.
The next step is to fill out the H2H Registration Form. The information you provide will help the H2H Team to prayerfully match you with a discipler. Your information will be confidential and will not be shared beyond the H2H Team. After submitting the Registration Form to the H2H Planning Team, you will hear back within 3 weeks.
