Biweekly payroll questions
Please note the change proposed by DPA (to transition to biweekly instead of semi-monthly pay) did not pass the legislature in 2018. You may still use this form to submit your questions and we’ll follow up.

The earliest payroll changes would go into effect is mid-2019.

In 2015, Colorado legislators passed HB 15-1392, which shifts the state from its current once-a-month pay cycle to a biweekly (every other week) system. The bill will go into effect on July 1, 2018.
