Location: Wheeler Opera House, Aspen, CO
Dates: September 12 & 13, 2026
Shift: Starting at 2:00 PM (Ends approx. 30 mins post-show, 10:30pm). Also a 1.5 hour break between soundcheck and showtime.
Rate: $400 per person, per night (Flat fee)
Perks: Dinner provided each evening or a stipend.
Role Overview
Windsong Entertainment is seeking two Personal Event & Production Assistants to work closely with Liz Kamlet (Liz The Music Manager) and the production team. These roles are critical to the execution of "The Wheeler Show," providing support to legendary artists Stephen Bishop, Nelson Band, and David Pack, as well as managing artist and production logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Load-In & Setup (2:00 PM Start): Assist with load-in and the setup of production elements, including guitars, light gear, and merchandise.
Artist & Management Support: Provide direct assistance to artists and management to ensure a seamless backstage experience.
Problem Solving: Act as a "boots on the ground" runner for errands and on-site troubleshooting as it arises.
Breakdown: Assist with equipment load-out and venue restoration following the performance.
Requirements
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (primarily guitars and light gear).
Professionalism: High degree of discretion and a professional demeanor when interacting with high-profile artists.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.
Experience: Prior experience in live music, event production, or luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
Terms & Payment
Status: Independent Contractor (1099).
Attire: Professional all-black "Show Blacks" (unbranded) are required.
Payment: $400 flat rate issued per night via PayPal, Venmo, Check, or Wire Transfer.
