VCPE Pre-application for Accrediting Association Membership
This form is for ACCREDITING ASSOCIATIONS ONLY and must be completed in its entirety before receiving approval to formally apply for membership with VCPE. This form is a preliminary screening tool, used by the VCPE office to determine whether an association meets base-level compliance with VCPE standards and requirements for membership. Completion of this form does not, in any way, assume an association will become a VCPE-approved accrediting association and only demonstrates an accrediting association's interest in applying for VCPE membership.
