Incoming 9th Grader Interest Form
If you are an incoming 9th grader to Cleveland Charter High School and are interested in trying out for our football program, please fill out the information below.

Tryouts will be June 15-18, 2026; 2:30 pm - 6:30 PM. You must have a Sports Physical completed BEFORE trying out. You can find the form using the link below. If you have asthma, there is an additional form you need to have completed by a doctor, that link can be found below as well.
