Wedding Officiation Interest Form
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I hope to provide an easy experience in booking your officiant. My goal is to ensure that you get the exact ceremony of your dreams. I am open to all ceremonies- formal to casual, religious to spiritual to occult, strict to fun loving and goofy. I believe that wedding ceremonies are the ultimate celebration of both people in this couple, so you are my highest priority. When else in our lives are you celebrated and offered space to share your joy with those you care about? Let's make it how you want it.

Please fill out this form to the best of your ability in order to be contacted about having your wedding completed in order to become legally married in the state of Tennessee. I am happy to work with coordinators, venues, and other professionals involved in the wedding. I also provide resource information about obtaining your marriage license with your first email.

Mobile Service Offerings: 

Wedding ceremony officiation: $600
Elopement ceremony officiation (less than 10 people): $400
             All ceremonies come with a consultation with the couple, scheduled either online or in person.

Additional Available Services and Fees:

  • Rehearsals and rehearsal dinners: $75
  • If travel is more than 2 hours from Sparta, TN a hotel accommodations may be required for late evening or multi-day events.
  • Mileage fee: $0.655/mi for each driven mile outside of White County or Cookeville City Limits
  • Processing fee of 3% for all electronic card payments
  • No fees for ACH account payments.

Payments *
We accept most forms of payment and will send an invoice after we discuss your ceremony needs.  Your full payment is due by the week before your wedding date. Your date and time will not be held until it is paid in full. Refunds are not given, but if an emergency situation arises, please contact us 24 hours before your event. We are glad to credit your payment towards a future service.

An invoice will be sent to your email for your records for either payment types. Once paid, you will receive a receipt to your email, even if you pay cash. Please reference the top of this sheet for pricing. All electronic card payments require a 3% processing fee.
