Volunteer at GCM!
The Greensboro Children’s Museum engages all children and families in hands-on, learning experiences which contribute to their growth and development through play, creation, outdoor exploration, and STEM activities. The Museum is home to more than 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibits including 20 permanent hands-on exhibits in Our Town, an Edible Schoolyard garden and cooking school, and an outdoor climbing experience with double Neptune XXL Climbers reaching 30 feet high and surrounded by additional play structures. The Greensboro Children’s Museum is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in the Cultural District of Downtown Greensboro and relies on the donations of individuals, corporations and foundations to provide education though play for children in our community.

We welcome nearly 100,000 annual visitors to our Museum and it couldn't be done without dedicated volunteers. We hope you will choose us for your next volunteer experience!
