2024 Tribal EN Conference: Session Proposal Form

Please use this electronic form to submit a proposal for a Conference session. See below for details and eligibility requirements. The deadline for proposals is 5 pm Pacific on Thursday, June 27. Notification of acceptance will be sent to all requestors by July 15, 2024.

Topics should be relevant to tribal audiences working to manage, share, and assess environmental data using technology solutions. Requests should discuss direct experiences and/or original research, with priority given to those sharing the outcomes of Exchange Network funded efforts and related activities. Conference providers are not responsible for issues related to copyright or culturally sensitive information.

***NOTE: Requests from for-profit entities are not accepted for Conference Sessions at this time. Please contact the conference organizers to inquire about other ways you can participate in this event.***

Detailed Session Proposal *
Include a detailed description of your proposed session, including intended audience and any additional background information helpful for event organizers to consider your request. 

If you are proposing a workshop session or demonstration, please include any details on required software, hardware, or other materials that attendees will need to get the most out of your session.
Session Type *
Select the type of session or poster you are proposing (check any that apply). Unless otherwise specified, sessions will scheduled for 60 minutes, including time for speaker introductions and Q&A.

Additionally, we encourage ALL interested to bring a poster and/or handouts/displays to share information about your topic. Posters can be displayed throughout the event and will be showcased during the Poster Session. See the TENC Poster Session guidelines for additional details.
