On May 14th, tenants from across New York State are traveling to Albany to fight for "good cause eviction," a bill that would make sure that landlords have a good reason to evict a tenant, and would protect tenants against rent increases. We're also fighting to close loopholes in rent regulation that lead to massive rent hikes for the State's 2.5 million rent regulated tenants.
