Camper Registration Form - Summer 2025
ALL Camps will be located at CARVER MIDDLE SCHOOL, 467 South Church St., Spartanburg 29306, from  8:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday for 4-day camps, Monday - Wednesday for 3-day camp. Transportation will NOT be provided. Families are responsible for ON-TIME drop-off and pick-up.

ArtiZen's GENERAL POLICIES (Late Pick-Up, Refunds, & Cancellations)
Late Pick-Up PolicyFor the safety of all campers and to respect staff time, The ArtiZen Club enforces the following late pick-up fee structure:
- A $10.00 fee will be charged if a camper is picked up 30 minutes or more after the scheduled dismissal time of 2:00 PM.
- An additional $5.00 will be charged for every 15-minute increment beyond the first 30 minutes.
Example:
- Pick-up at 2:45 PM = $10 late fee 
- Pick-up at 3:00 PM = $15 late fee
- Pick-up at 3:15 PM = $20 late fee
  • If a family is late for pick-up twice during the camp session, the camper may be removed from the remainder of the camp without a refund.
  • This policy ensures a safe, structured environment for all and respects the time of both staff and families. We appreciate your cooperation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Full Refund:
    Families may cancel up to 14 days before the first day of camp for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made 7–13 days before the first day of camp will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made within 6 days of the camp start date or no-shows are non-refundable due to pre-purchased supplies and reserved spots.

  • Illness or Emergency Exception:
    If a camper cannot attend due to documented illness or family emergency, a credit may be offered toward a future Artizen Club program, at the discretion of the instructor.

  • Camp Cancellation by The Artizen Club:
    If The Artizen Club must cancel a session (due to low enrollment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), families will receive a full refund for that session.
