I agree to abide by the rules established in the T.O.R.C by-laws. As a member, I can resign from the club at any time. Resignation must be provided in writing. There is no refund of any portion of membership as a result of resignation. I further understand that operating a motor vehicle off-road is inherently dangerous and in no way hold T.O.R.C. or its members responsible for damages to my vehicle or injuries/death to myself/passengers.
