Nominate your favorite STEM/STEAM* or makerspace educator or advocate here!

Your nominee should be an educator or advocate who helps bring STEM/STEAM* learning opportunities to children. The nominee’s work or leadership exemplifies STEM learning, and may emphasize the Engineering Design Process, 21st Century Skills (collaboration and teamwork, creativity and imagination, critical thinking, problem solving), or other qualities central to student-centered, project-based, STEM education. Nominees may nominate themselves but in that case, must include a letter/email of support. Awardees will be notified of award by the end of the current semester.

The Building the Future Award is given to deserving recipients in two categories each semester:
STEM Educator Award (after school directors, teacher, principles)
STEM Leader Award (parents, community-based organization leader)
You may nominate a person in each category.
