A payment invoice will be sent upon selection.

Paid invoices are Non-Refundable.
 Please read over the event information & rules carefully. This agreement is only valid for the current event & does not count for use on all events as information for venues &/or events may change. All vendor fees are used for advertising, paying for the attractions & other expenses incurred by running this event.
Acceptance of vendors will be at the discretion of the
Event Manager.

Rain or Shine Event
 In the event of closure due to severe weather, the
event manager will contact vendors and make a public post to social media once
the final decision has been made.

Vendor must operate until 4pm
on day of the Event. Vendors shall be responsible for final clean up of the Booth
including complete removal of all tables, boxes, tent, chairs, products and equipment
used for clean-up purposes and any other materials used for the sale or display of
any and all merchandise,.

Your entire booth and display must be confined in an area not to exceed 10' X 10' square including tent, poles, tie down ropes, coverings, tables, etc. You must provide and arrange for your own tent, table, change funds, chairs, displays, etc.
*ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED*

WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED (10x10 Spaces are on grass) 

Health and Safety Regulations It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by all
state and federal regulations which govern the sampling, production, labeling, or
safety of the product the vendor offers for sale at the market. Failure to comply may
result in forfeiture of the vendor’s booth. If you have any questions on this matter,
please speak with the Event Manager, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture
Regulatory Services, or the Montgomery County Health Department.
All processed foods must comply with all applicable state and federal health and
safety regulations.

Submitting this application does not hold your place in the event. If you are accepted you will receive an invoice via square by email. You will have 24 hours to pay your invoice before we move on to other applicants.
Only payment reserves your space. Spaces are first come first serve!
