Enrollment is for the full academic year and no portion of the tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled due to absence, academic performance, accident, transfer, sickness, withdrawal or dismissal from school, unless by express written consent by the director. **The fact that the school allows tuition to be paid in installments does not create a fractional contract or in any way relieve the parents of the responsibility for the entire tuition.**

Monthly tuition payments must be paid by the first school day of each month, August - May (10 months). Invoices will be sent one week prior to the due date. Payments may be made online through QuickBooks, or a check may be delivered to a Director at the first school day of the month. Cash will NOT be accepted.

A $25 returned-check fee will be added to any amount due should a check be returned. A $25 late fee is applied to any payments made after the second school day of the month.
