Call for Proposals
Thank you for considering a proposal submission to present at NACSA's 2021 National Leadership Conference! This year, we are planning an array of virtual learning opportunities across three full days (October 18th, 20th, and 22nd, 2021).

This year's theme, EVOLVING TOGETHER: NEW WORK FOR NEW TIMES, reflects the continued need for collaboration, growth, and a commitment to improvement. As we face the dual pandemics of COVID-19 and racism, we need to recognize the moment of time we are in and make the choice to do better, to think more broadly, and to acknowledge the power we have as authorizers within the education ecosystem to impact quality, choice, and opportunities for all students - specifically those traditionally underserved.

This year’s schedule and approach will allow participants to build their schedule around two full session days with a final day dedicated to the Application of Learning. On Friday, October 22, we will provide space, experts, tools, and facilitators to take our lessons learned and put them into action- applying the information to our unique contexts. The day will consist of facilitator-supported workshops for immediate application of key take-aways, essential practices, new and innovative ideas, and approaches that were presented during the sessions. All presenters should design proposals and content delivery with this focus and end goal of equipping conference attendees with the steps and plans to go back to their offices and implement actionable practice, policy, and behavior-based changes.

Will you lend your voice and expertise to help our conference attendees evolve foundational practices and policies to better reflect the needs and aspirations of the communities they serve, and better meet the needs of all students?
