Conant Elementary Breakfast Order Form
Order breakfast for the entire school week for your elementary school student.  Please fill out one form for student by Sunday evening at 9:00 pm.  For each day of the week please indicate whether your student would like a breakfast delivered to the classroom. Elementary breakfasts are free to all students this school year. You only need to fill out this form if your student will buy breakfast one or more days during the next school week. Every breakfast comes with optional juice box and milk
  • Monday breakfast:  Cereal Bar with Applesauce
  • Tuesday breakfast:  Fruit and Yogurt Parfait 
  • Wednesday breakfast:  Whole Grain Goodie Ring with Fruit Cup
  • Thursday breakfast:  Benefit Bar with Apple Slice Bag
  • Friday breakfast:  Breakfast Bread with Michigan Apple
