Proof of damage or need is required for evaluation and processing.  Please send supporting documents to finance@ltafoundation.org.  Support should include but is not limited to: photos of loss or damaged property (if applicable), invoices or receipts of purchases made as a result of the Natural Disaster, and proof that the damages (or need) are not covered by insurance.  In the event that you are requesting funding for a community event, you will be required to provide copies of receipts for items purchased for the event.
