Chamber Music Reading Party Registration Form
Yes! I would like to participate in the Birdfoot Festival's third annual Community Chamber Music Reading Party on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 8 – 11 pm at the George and Joyce Wein Jazz & Heritage Center. I understand that once I have registered, the Birdfoot Festival will send me further details in early May. There is no fee to participate, but donations towards supporting this and other Birdfoot Festival community events are heartily welcomed.

Note: This event is designed for adult amateur musicians and the goal is to have FUN. If you are interested in participating, but are under the age 18, you need to contact the Birdfoot Festival for special permission: info@birdfootfestival.org
