Fit Healthy You Fitness 6 Week Online Transformation Challenge - Can you commit 42 days to your goals? Only 3 1/2 hours of exercise per week for a small investment of $19.99 in total. We’re looking for 12 ladies who want to reclaim their bodies,become energised and transform themselves! Not just for Summer, but for the longterm!

Initially a 6 week commitment, will consist of 7 online sessions to help you to become more toned and fitter, and also give you more fun than your usual gym or fitness classes. It’s designed to transform your body and your mind and help you to look and feel strong, sexy and toned! I will be your personal trainer that will guide, help and hold you accountable over the 6 weeks.

You must fit the following criteria to apply:
- Positive attitude
- Want to improve muscle tone, build strength and flexibility
- Willing to try out new things and step out of your comfort zone!
- Can dedicate min 30 minutes at a time to exercise each day.
- Willing to listen, apply our coaching and techniques to change your body and outlook on effective fitness
- Don’t mind working up a bit of a sweat!
- Willing to invest at least $19.99 in themselves for a six week plan that is written to suit their goals and needs.
