Architectural Practice in Pandemic Environment Survey of individuals

This questionnaire/survey aims to gather information on architectural practice in pandemic environment within UIA Member Sections. We have been experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic for 3 years, there are many changes in how we work in architectural practices worldwide. These include but are not limited to work mode, building regulations, collaboration, contingency planning, medical and healthcare facilities, architectural education, socio-cultural activities, and data research.

The drafters of this survey have not only participated in webinars and conferences held by ARCASIA and the UIA from 2020 to 2022, but also read plenty of guidelines, reports and workshop outcomes released by ARCASIA or UIA, such as “Responding to Natural Disasters & Emergencies: Proposed Inclusive Design Guidelines for Architecture and Urban Planning” by AFA WP UIA, “13 ACGs: ARCASIA COVID-19 Guidelines –Intervention for the Built Environment” by ACSR and AEA.
