IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
1) ORGANIZERS WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUND IN CASE THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT ATTEND.

2) THE WORKSHOP COULD BE CANCELLED IF THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS NOT REACHED OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. IN THIS CASE, THE PARTICIPANT WILL GET A REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE. SOME REGISTRATION CHARGES MAY APPLY (VARIABLE FROM 0 TO 20 EUROS DEPENDING OF YOUR COUNTRY). ORGANIZERS WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUND OTHER THAN THE REGISTRATION FEE (FLYING TICKETS, HOTELS, ETC...).

2) THE WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD IN ENGLISH.

3) THE ORGANIZATION TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUE LINKED TO THE PARTICIPANT OR TO SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE IN GENERAL.

5) THE WORKSHOP WILL TAKE PLACE IN PARIS ON 6TH, 7TH and 8TH OF MARCH 2015

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENT
1) After having submitted this form, you will shortly receive the payment instructions.

2) The payment has to be done in a delay of 48 hours.

3) Once the payment is completed, you have to send a proof of the payment via email to immaginoteca@gmail.com

4) We will then send you a confirmation of your registration.

DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS, PLEASE NOT CONSIDER YOUR REGISTRATION AS CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE SEND A PROOF OF THE PAYMENT AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED BACK OUR CONFIRMATION. WE RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHT/HOTEL BEFORE THAT.
