CrimsonEMS is Harvard's student-run volunteer Emergency Medical Service. Our mission is to promote a safer, healthier, and more medically aware Harvard community through volunteer EMT service and community education initiatives.
This application is for Harvard students in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences who wish to join CrimsonEMS and are not currently certified as EMTs. If accepted into the subsidized EMT training course in Spring 2018, students are expected to acquire their certifications after completion of the training course and return to serve with the CrimsonEMS crew in Fall 2018. Failure to complete the training course or the service requirement necessitates the recovery of the complete course fee ($800), chargeable to your Harvard termbill by HUHS.
Note that students who are currently juniors or seniors at the College are NOT eligible. We are also only able to accept undergraduate students at this time.
If you wish to be considered for the class and subsequent membership in CrimsonEMS, please fill out this application by November 24th, 2017 at 11:59PM. No late applications will be considered.
Please direct any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to reading your application!
