Silent Retreat Day
Welcome to a day of silent mindfulness practices in community together.
The structure will follow MBSR format.

NOTE: this invitation is for Graduates of MBSR, MBCT, CEB, and teachers of mindfulness programs for children and adolescents. Due to the silent nature of the day, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices.

This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment,
and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention.

Several teachers will guide meditations that include sitting, walking, eating practices, body scan and yoga movements.

Capacity is limited to 30 people

2. Shawl, towels, pillow for comfort
3. Packed lunch & a drink (there is only water-fountain available)
4. Wear comfortable clothes
