Section 1 - Applicant Information
Please fill out a separate application for each child.
-Once enrolled, it is expected a student will be attending Trinity Lutheran Christian School for the entire 2020/2021 school year.
-The Registration Deposit will be applied to the total tuition being charged and will remain the same regardless of financial aid or applicable discount. The Registration deposit must be paid with application submission.
-Parents are expected to satisfy current school year balance by May 31, 2021, with exception of 8th grade, which must be paid by March 31, 2021.
-All applicable forms must be complete and in the school office before a child will be admitted.
-Applications are not considered complete until the registration deposit is received.
-Enrollment is not considered complete until the Registration deposit is received and screening is complete; including receipt of previous school records.
-A $50 non-refundable Application/Testing fee is required to complete the online application.

-Upon acceptance in the school, the parent/guarantor is responsible for the entire year's tuition.
-The Registration Deposit is due at the time of application and is non-refundable.
-Tuition may be paid in ten monthly payments (August – May) with the first payment due by Aug 10, 2020 or Aug 20, 2020.
-Monthly payment is due on the TENTH or the TWENTIETH day of the month and is required to be auto debited unless it has been previously paid in full. Monthly payments will be rendered without additional charge by Direct Debit via enrollment with FACTS. There is a one-time per family account fee charged by FACTS.
-Untimely payments may result in forfeiture of class placement.
