Fallbrook Elementary Union School District (FUESD) is pleased to offer our After School Program for the 2026-2027 school year. San Onofre School’s after school program is supported by BASE Programs during the school year on all school days, from dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
Please complete your pre-registration/interest form for each of your children using the QR code below at your very earliest opportunity, as space in the program is limited.
This is an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) funded through the state of California. All students grades TK-6th are eligible to apply/participate. Priority registration is given to those students who qualify as Unduplicated Pupil Percentage (UPP) at the time they apply. UPP consists of student populations that allow for additional district funding under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF): Unhoused; Foster Youth; Low Income (measured by Free/Reduced Lunch eligibility, which is different from the state's current free breakfast/lunch program for all students); and English Learners.
Students will be accepted into the program based on available space.
Students who are not initially accepted into the program will be placed on our wait list.
Please note: This is a pre-registration/ interest form only. Please await a confirmation email that will provide next steps once your child is accepted into the program.
