Online Event Application
This application is for all student clubs, organizations, and individuals who intend to host an event or activity ONLINE through Campus Life. This includes, but is not limited to, ASGWC Executive Student Council, ASGWC Student Senate, ASGWC Standing Committees, Student Clubs and Organizations, and individual student events.

Please submit at least ONE WEEK prior to the event or activity to allow for campus approval, planning, and marketing. If you are planning to host a Guest Speaker or Entertainment, please submit this application at least FOUR WEEKS prior to the event or activity to allow for contract approval(s), funding approval, and/or payment.
