The Deadline for Vendor Applications is Wednesday, April 13th 2022. Absolutely NO Exceptions.
The Deadline for Sponsorship Applications is March 28th 2022. Absolutely NO Exceptions.
A Special "Early Bird" Discount is available for vendors who apply BEFORE March 17th 2021.
ALL Submitted Applications will be reviewed by the Dirt Days Management Staff.
You will receive an email from our staff notifying you if your application is approved or denied.
If you are approved, you will be invoiced at that time for your vendor fee.
Vendors will be able to set-up/stage on 1st Avenue in Williamson beginning at 10AM on Friday April 29th.
Vendors who do not set-up/stage on Friday, may do so from 8AM-10AM on Saturday April 30th.
Operational Time for Vendors will be:
12PM-6PM on Friday April 29th
10AM-6PM on Saturday April 30th
Vendors will have the option of setting up at the Mud-Pit in addition to their location(s) on 1st Avenue for no additional charge. At the Mud-Pit location however, there is no power available. The Mud-Pit will be operational during a specific time frame on Friday & Saturday Night (This time to be announced later).
Please note: You do not necessarily have to be open the entire operational time, but you are allowed to remain operational until this time as this coincides with other events occurring within the festival footprint.
