I would like to volunteer to help with setup on Friday, September 16th, 2 -7pm (setting up tables, workshops, etc.)

I would like to volunteer to help with takedown on Sunday, September 18th (10 am - 3pm)

I would like to volunteer at the Registration / Info Table. Description: Check everyone in, walk-ins sign a liability form, t-shirt sales, and 50/50 raffle, answer Qs

I would like to volunteer with First Aid. Description: Be on-call for any emergencies that might happen.

I would like to volunteer at the kitchen/potluck area. Description: Help set-up food, orient attendees to the space - what is where, what food is for share, etc.

I would like to volunteer with directing Parking. Description: Direct traffic in a sunny field very near the action

I would like to offer a kids activity in the Kids Area. Description: Open format! Offer a fun thing for kids to do while their parents attend workshops within eyesight. Can be something that requires you to be there, or NOT! We prefer activities that promote creativity, connection to nature, and learning new skills, but pure entertainment is fine too! :)

We are camping for free 10 minutes away from the Skillshare at the farm of one of our organizers. We learned through experience it’s more pleasant than camping at Blakeslee (which has a train track w/in feet of the whole property and trains that run through the night, and heavy traffic on Rt 11, and loud close neighbors).

TRY TO COME FRIDAY, 7pm, and set up your tent or car camp spot. On Saturday, we will have lights prepped for setting up tents in the dark. We will not have someone there during the skillshare Saturday to point you where to pitch a tent (we apologize, it’s just outside our capacity).

Camping is welcome Friday and Saturday nights (Sept 16 and 17). Most campers will bring all their own gear. Contact us with any questions.

I understand there is no "First Aid" or "Childcare" service at this event. I am responsible for my own childcare and medical needs.

We kindly ask that anyone who's been recently ill, or had Covid-19 in the past two weeks or come in close contact with someone who has, do not attend. We ask everyone follow guidelines from the OH Dept of Health at the time of this event.

I will not hold Reeds and Roots, Kelly's Working Well Farm, or sponsors, responsible for issues or injuries that may occur at the event
