Urban Farming Project - Mentor Signup
The Urban Farming Project (UFP) is an after school mentoring program for kindergarten through fifth grade students attending Dr. Ethel Allen Promise Academy, a district school in North Philadelphia. Students will come together to grow fruits and vegetables and participate in gardening lessons and outdoor activities with mentors.
As a mentor, you will be expected to help design and facilitate curriculum for the UFP. This program will run every Wednesday from 3:00-5:00pm beginning on Wednesday, April 11 and will run for the duration of 8 weeks. For questions about the UFP, send us an email at stemcityphl@gmail.com.
