Breakfast & After school Club Registration Form

Dear parents/ carers,

There’s currently an opportunity for your child to participate in our breakfast or after school club provision. Clubs are available for those pupils in reception to year 6. You must be committed to your child attending each week. Breakfast sessions will run between 8:00am - 8:50am & After school club session will run from 3:30pm - 5:30pm everyday.

Breakfast club and after school club wraparound care is available for pupils from Reception to Y6.
Breakfast club is from 08:00-08:45 After school club is from 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Breakfast Club - £2 daily
Afterschool Club - £5 daily
(Payments can only be made via the MCAS app)

There is an expectation to commit to your child attending each week as this is a sought after service for working parents.
  1. If your child does not attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week, then your child's place will be given to another pupil
  2. If you fail to pay for clubs for over 2 weeks, then your child's place will be given to another pupil.
