Customer Appreciation BUSINESS participants
I am so excited to be putting together the Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Customer Appreciation Day again this year! This is the 10th year I have been in charge and I must say that each year keeps getting better and better and more fun too!

We need businesses like you to participate this year! I would love it if EVERY business would participate. It is important, especially in today’s economy, for our customers to know that we are here and we appreciate them staying in town!

Did you know that we had almost 200 people in town last year doing the passport?! And there were people who didn’t even do the passport and still came into town to see what all the fuss was about.

This is your chance to stand out to those people who are just stopping in or have been around forever but never knew you were there!

The passport is a card that has your name and every businesses name on it who participates and the customers HAVE to stop at each place on the passport for a “stamp”. At the end of the day, customers then get to turn their passport in for a chance at a drawing of several prizes donated by our members/participating businesses as well as a chance at a Grand Prize. The only way they get their chances to win is to stop at every single business on the passport for their stamp and to turn in their fully stamped passport to me at RMS Furniture.

It is FREE to be included on the Passport and I provide you with your stamper…. All you have to do is agree to participate, be available on the day of the event to stamp passports as people come thru your store and have fun greeting new and old customers alike! You have NOTHING to lose!

TIME: 9 AM - 3 PM
WHERE: YOUR LOCATION! (UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PUT DOWN TOWN WITH THE VENDORS IN THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT.... PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS THE CASE.

Please see the the Registration Form below. There are a couple of chances to get exclusive advertising rights for sponsoring as well;
These are available on a first come first serve basis.

o Event Maps: be the only business with their logo/advertising message on the Maps we pass out with the passports for customers to carry all day!
$125 sponsorship.
o Posters: be the only business with their logo on the posters we pass out and hang up all over town! $125 Sponsorship
o Become a Grand Prize sponsor: We need one business or several businesses who are willing to group together to provide the support needed to purchase a Grand Prize. In years past, we have given away a Flat Screen TV, a Computer/printer combo and last year we gave away a VACATION: a trip for 4 to Put in Bay Ohio resort, and a STAYCATION: Trip for 2 to Clarion Holiday Inn with Dinner for 2 at the RRR Roadhouse and Movie Tickets from Carmike’s theatre. As a sponsor for the grand prize you get mentioned in all advertising in the newspaper when we talk about the event, the radio as we talk about the event and on all the posters. I need several businesses willing to sponsor $175 each.
o We need sponsors for the C93 Live Radio Remote. Be the sole advertising sponsor for this with a $300 donation or find a couple of business who will go in with you for a split donation.
o We also need smaller door prizes to give away to those who have completed the passport. This can be a gift certificate to your business or a product you sell OR it can be a gift basket you make up that has nothing to do with your business. (i.e.: gas cards, gift certificates to restaurant or a wine basket/beach basket… etc. Your options are endless!)
