At Delta Days at the Nations Capitol, we were given a set of issues which need our power and advocacy. Because of the issues locally, we have been given permission to help: 1) Find missing Black women and girls, 2) Ensure that Black farmers in our area are receiving equitable resources and support 3) Ensure that incarcerated pregnant women are receiving health care and 4) Start the process of creating a national day of voting in honor of our Soror Lucrecia Moore who entered into the Omega Omega chapter.
