The West Powelton Village Fall Fling will be happening Saturday, September 14th, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm

Thank for your interest in representing your organization at our West Powelton Village Fall Fling. As space is limited, we will do our best to accommodate as many tables as possible. Please note that because this is the first year of our event, TABLE SPACES ARE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.

Terms and Conditions for Vendor Participants:

All participants must commit to tabling for at least 3 hours.
Following Philadelphia’s License and Inspections guidelines for street festivals, food may only be sold by licensed vendors and authorized/permitted entities.

Community organization and information tables will be given a space on the north side of Powelton Avenue between 42nd and Sloan St. Confirmation of your exact location will be sent out in advance of the event.
