I understand that I must obtain all required visas and transit visas necessary according to the ICANN
itinerary that will be prepared for me.

I understand that I must obtain all necessary vaccinations and health documents according to the
ICANN itinerary that will be prepared for me.

I understand that it is my responsibility to carry personal health insurance and insurance card for my travel.

I understand that it is a requirement to complete all aspects of the fellowship program, including but not
limited to: full attendance and participation in fellowship meetings, and providing a fellowship report in the
time frame designated by ICANN.

I understand that it is a requirement to actively participate in ICANN Fellowship meetings and in the
Fellowship alumni network.

I understand that ICANN will use my email address to contact me regarding outreach and engagement
opportunities in my region and/or the ICANN community.

Additional conditions are:
Indigenous Mentor will follow the guidelines of the Community Onboarding Program to introduce
ambassadors to ICANN and to the ICANN Meeting

From approximately 6 weeks prior to ICANN Meeting, through ICANN and post ICANN, the mentor
will act as the ambassadors’ “one on one” guide to ensure continued knowledge and engagement.

Ambassadors will participate in the ICANN Newcomer Sunday meeting with DPRD team;

Ambassadors will participate in the Fellowship Morning sessions Monday through Thursday to gain overall ICANN experience and understanding of its Multi-stakeholder community; and

Both the Mentor and the Ambassadors will submit a detailed report within 30 days after the ICANN
Meeting that addresses activities at the meeting and assessment of experience.

These reports will help in assessment of future pilot efforts. Report will be submitted to:
