HCW4A is open to everyone who is committed to building healthcare systems free from policing. Our group includes nurses, doctors, students, researchers,  social workers, and librarians among other community members! 

I don’t know anything about community organizing—is this for me?
HCW4A believes that each person has a unique role in working towards social change. Our collective power lies in our ability to learn and struggle together—no previous organizing experience required! We also have regular political education meetings to help build our political analysis and organizing skills.
