Request to Speak at a Board or SAC Meeting
The Board of Directors and SAC both welcome and encourage parents and community members to attend their meetings. Both the Board and SAC meet bi-monthly and the meeting calendars can be found on the school website and in the school office. Meetings are held either virtually or in the school conference room.
In accordance with Roberts Rules of Order, there is a procedure to follow for parents or community members who wish to bring an issue to the Board. This form should be filled out completely at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled meeting in order for you to appear on that agenda. Persons who bring an issue to the Board should not expect an immediate answer as some issues may require further investigation or further discussion among the Board. In that event, the item may be placed on the next agenda for follow up.
