2025 Teacher of Promise
ABOUT THE AWARD:
The Teacher of Promise (TOP) is a program developed by FFLA, Inc. to recognize outstanding teachers who are new to the profession. This award is designed for teachers who have completed their first, second, or third year of teaching and who show promise to be exceptional teachers and leaders in world language education. Two Teachers of Promise for each of the 16 regions will be selected from the applications received.

Overview & Requirements
- Nominating teacher must be a current member of FFLA.
- Nominees must join FFLA to be eligible to receive this honor.
- Nominees are expected to tend the FFLA Conference to receive their award.
- Members may nominate one teacher/division: elementary school, middle school, high school, and post-secondary

Recipients of this award receive a complimentary ticket to a half-day pre-conference session on Thursday September 26th ($150 value) and public recognition at our annual awards dinner on Friday September 27th.
