We are committed to provide great service and always keep you informed about our progress. We will acknowledge the receipt of your incident or problem. We will inform you about who will address your issue and when work on your issue will start based on the severity you selected. Once we start addressing your issue we are going to stay on it until it is resolved to your satisfaction. Should more than 3 hours be required to address the issue, we will request approval of additional time once the 3 hours are utilized, and will pause our work until we receive your authorization to continue.
