Requirements: Athletes must be able to swim 2 laps in an Olympic size pool with no hesitation, side-breath, under water turn, dive, freestyle and backstroke etc. The goal of this class is for swimmers to become meet-ready. Try outs are required and can be scheduled with STRIDE Program Director
