Understanding Hard Things
This is a survey with optional, open ended questions aimed at understanding the process of "taking the leap" and doing hard things that better our lives. Keep in mind, this is focused on the hard things we CHOOSE...not the hard things and situations that are thrust upon us. For more information on the work around this, you can contact Jamie LeRoy via email:

Thank you for your participation!
Describe a hard thing you chose to take on or overcome.
What made you want to go forward with this?
How long had you been thinking about it before you took those first steps?
What prompted you to finally take those first steps?
Once you started down that path, how did you feel?
How long did it take from start to finish?
What helped you keep going?
When you finished - how did you feel?
How has this change impacted your life to date?
What did you think would be the hardest part?
What actually ended up being the hardest part?
Did anything surprise you by not being as hard as you expected?
What did you learn about yourself through this process?
Anything else you'd like to add about this experience?
Would I have permission to publicly share your story in the future (Keep in mind you can still share anonymously...meaning you wouldn't be named)?
If you answered "Yes" - please list your first name, last name and email address so that I can follow up with you for more information. Additionally list "Anonymous" if you simply want to share your story without being named.
