Register for JCSP services
To comply with General Data Protection Guidelines (GDPR) you are requested to register as a user for JCSP services:  

If you are a JCSP Coordinator, Principal or JCSP Librarian in a school running the JCSP programme, please complete the below information.

This information is required to create an account for you, to assign you to the correct school and role on the data management system of for the purpose of updating student numbers in your school, applying for and evaluating initiatives,  creating school based statements and creating student profiles*. This site is currently hosted by JCSP will create individual accounts and passwords (you can change same once logged in).

In addition, Coordinators and Librarians can opt-in to be registered for the following third party websites:

- for the purpose of ordering JCSP resources, your name, school, roll number and email address are required (currently which requires JCSP admin to log in to approve order).  The resource distributor and JCSP have access to these details and will set up an account and password (you can change same once logged in). You will receive email notifications as to orders received and orders dispatched to the preferred email address.

- for the purpose of receiving text messages from JCSP (updates, inservice notifications etc),  your mobile number is uploaded to a bulk text mobile service provider website (currently which requires JCSP admin to log in to send messages)

Please note: This information is held for the period of 12 months (academic year) and deleted thereafter.

*Final profiling student information (student name, date of birth, record of JCSP statements achieved) entered by JCSP Coordinators for the purpose of creating a Final JCSP Student Profile (a positive record of statements that a student has achieved) to be presented to the student at the end of the 3 year junior cycle. This information is hosted on for approximately 6 months and can only be accessed by login by the JCSP Coordinator or Principal of each individual school and the JCSP office. It is deleted from after this period and stored on a secure external hard drive for 6 years. All records are then permanently deleted. This information is not shared with any third parties.

JCSP will create a database of the below information for the purposes of contacting you with information relating to PDST JCSP. This information is not shared with any third parties.
