1. Upgrade anytime
2. If you are still within your original 6 month commitment, you will remain at the new requested level (or higher) until the original 6 months are up. You cannot downgrade until your original 6 months commitment is fulfilled.
3. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot increase your allotment for a current billing cycle - we can only cancel your old membership and start with a new one from your requested date forward. Any unused portion of your old membership will be forfeited.
