You can find this (1) in the Sports Center app: Under 'Profile' > Settings (top-right corner) > 'My profile'. There the top line should be 'Person id', that is it.
Or (2) you can log in to your Sports Account here: https://www.tilburguniversity.edu/campus/sports-center/sport-account. Then in the top-right corner you navigate to 'My profile' and there you will also find your 'Person id'.
