Minutes to Win It: Sign-Ups
The Minutes to Win It program is a project that H.E.R.O.E.S. as well as Recreation and Athletics are collaborating on that allows students to record their minutes of physical activity throughout the semester. The goal of this program is to increase the percentage of students on our campus reporting that they engage in any form of of physical activity.

Each week you will be receiving an email with a link that allows you to record the total minutes of physical activity that you participated in during the previous week. Participants that consistently report in engaging in 150 minutes of physical activity every week will win prizes. Prizes will get better for those that keep up the good work!
