NM NBCT Network PLF & Candidate Agreement/Registration Form for Candidate Support
Please complete one form for all components for which you want support. This applies to all candidates, whether it is your first time completing a component or you are redoing a component.

A PLF will be assigned to you for components 2, 3 or 4.  PLF support will be for one NBPTS candidate cycle year.

If you defer, you will need to sign up and pay again to receive PLF support for the next cycle.

The Network will start assigning requested PLFs for each cycle in August of each candidate year thru  February 1st.

After February, candidates can request an additional one time reading by a Network PLF on the website.

Please read and sign this statement: As a candidate in the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards candidate program I understand my instructors and associates provide a system for support and clarification throughout the NBPTS process.  I understand the NM NBCT Network Candidate Support Provider (CSP/PLF) is not liable for a pass or fail on any component or assessment.  I understand that it is my responsibility, as the candidate, to attend meetings, perform research, gather data and documents making final choices for all items, and submit materials in a timely manner.  A NM NBCT Network CSP/PLF cannot be held liable for any candidate’s success or failure.  I understand that once my fee is paid there are NO refunds.
