1. Complete the online Ford Alumni Leadership Council Election Application below. Character limits are displayed in the description text under the name of each item.
2. You must submit this form and have all application materials in by 11:59 PM (PST) on Monday, June 7th, 2021 to be considered for a Council position.
3. The nominating committee will review the applications and create a slate to be presented to the current Alumni Leadership Council for confirmation. The nominating committee will conduct phone or Zoom interviews with applicants if necessary.
