Parent Night Out Registration
December 14, 2018 at Pope High School from 5:30-9:30pm

Enjoy a night out to have some adult time or finish up that holiday shopping! Relax knowing your children are under the watchful eye of teachers and caring high school students. Your children will have fun playing games with high schoolers, watching movies, doing crafts, and enjoying dinner and a snack! *Children with food allergies or particular tastes should bring their own dinner/snacks/drinks*

This event is open to children K-5 (and their younger, fully potty trained siblings). Please submit a separate registration form for EACH child you plan to bring.

Cost is $20 for one child and an additional $10 for each sibling thereafter. All proceeds benefit the Pope High School Habitat for Humanity campus chapter.

*****You are fully pre-registered by filling out this form AND sending payment (checks payable to Pope High School) in before the event. As space allows, we will also have night-of registration and payment available.

• Please have your valid photo ID available when picking up your child
• Please pick up your child(ren) on time
• Remember to register and send payment as soon as possible so the club can plan for food, activities, etc.

Questions? Please contact club sponsor Melissa Zonin at melissa.zonin@cobbk12.org or 770-578-7900 ext. 048

Drop-off/Pick-up will be at the patio entrance near the bus lot. Thank you for your support of Pope Habitat! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Please submit a separate registration form for EACH child you plan to bring.
