Welcome to Vitality Reiki! The purpose of this form is to give you some basic information on available services.  The following text briefly outlines the most common services I provide, for more detailed information and questions, contact me directly.



What my services ARE 
Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, tarot reading, workshops and other services provided are intended offerings as a form of complementary healing, which enhances the body's ability to heal itself.

What my services are NOT
Your practitioner is not a licensed healthcare provider. REIKI and other services provided are a complement to 'healing arts services licensed by the state', i.e., it is a complement to more traditional western medicine provided by doctors, nurses and hospitals. As a complementary therapy, REIKI and other services I provide do not require licensing by the state.  However, I am certified in REIKI, SOUND HEALING AND GUIDED MEDITATION, AROMATHERAPY TECHNIQUES and have been practicing since 2012.

Theory of Treatment
Stress, trauma and illness restrict the natural flow of Ki or Chi life force energy through the body. By restoring KI to the body, Reiki and other services provided rejuvenate the body’s ability to relax and de-stress, and supports its ability to heal itself. It is a way to ‘tune-up’ your energy to its healthiest state allowing for healing to take place.

Similarly, in SOUND HEALING, we utilize the frequencies created by musical instruments and the voice to adjust, open and release those energies.

Workshops and Tarot Readings help us to better understand our own empowerment through learning and considering new perspectives and knowledge.

I understand that services provided by Vitality Reiki are  simple, gentle, hands-on energy techniques that are used for stress reduction, relaxation and self-empowerment. I understand that the practitioner does not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that services provided by Vitality Reiki do not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or other licensed physical or mental health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may already be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to support itself and to do so, relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to support itself.

 I understand that reiki is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
