Harumatsuri 2026 Panel Submissions Form
Thank you for submitting your panel for Harumatsuri 2026!  We are looking forward to your ideas and to bringing you and your content to Harumatsuri, so please read the following points carefully!
  • Deadline for any submissions or changes to your application is March 14th, 2026, 11:59 PM.  Please contact the Programming team before this date if you have any questions, to make sure we have time to discuss your panel's needs thoroughly.

  • The Programming team aims to have approved submissions and our draft schedule released to panelists on April 10th, 2026, and approved all requests by that date.  Please make sure to check your inboxes for emails from our Programming team, to ensure we can approve your panel quickly and resolve any questions or concerns.

  • Due to limited space, the Main Stage cannot accommodate more than a maximum of 7 people performing at the same time.  Please also be aware that the floor of Nikkei Center is smooth and that slipping can be a hazard for any performers wearing footwear without proper traction.

  • Regarding collaborations, please be aware that combined performances may be rejected due to logistic or technical complications.
