This year, the ABA encourages programming on disaster resiliency. Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ) became a leader in the NJ legal community in 2012, after Superstorm Sandy hit the east coast, through the creation of our Disaster Legal Response Program.
Although we are now 5 years past the storm, disaster resiliency, storm preparedness and legal relief to storm victims continues to be part of the national and global conversation. If you have an interest in learning more about flood insurance, contracts and being a resource to storm victims as a attorneys, register below for this video replay.
The presentation will provide an overview of coverage under a Standard Flood Insurance Policy and an analysis of a Proof of Loss form.
This will be a video reply from a CLE sponsored by VLJ in October, 2015. No CLE credit will be available.
